A compact shape with a useful handle
The blue top holds the mode and thermostat dials, with the carry handle built into the housing. When moving between rooms, switch the heater off, unplug it and allow it to cool first. Check the new room for a suitable wall outlet and a clear, level floor position before reconnecting.
The compact body is easy to put away, but do not tuck an operating heater into a cupboard, beneath soft furnishings or into a narrow gap beside a desk.

Match the heat setting to the moment
Low heat uses 900W and high heat uses 1500W on this blue FP218-15S configuration. The fan-only mode moves air without the heat setting. A manual thermostat cycles heat according to its setting and the conditions around the heater.
Keep a minimum three-foot separation from combustible materials and follow any greater clearance in the manual. Automatic shutoff features do not make unattended use safe. Turn the heater off when you leave the room or go to sleep.
